Senior Program Manager

Join some strategic programs at our client based in Brussels.

What you will do

• Lead complex, multi-year digital programs in close collaboration with strategic partners.
• Define program strategy, scope, and success metrics aligned with business and policy objectives.
• Coordinate multiple project streams (business, IT, compliance) and manage dependencies across teams.
• Oversee technical delivery of new modules, integrations, and data management solutions.
• Ensure effective governance through steering committees and PI planning cycles.
• Identify and manage program risks, timelines, and budgets (projects > €2M/year).
• Foster collaboration between business experts, IT architects, and implementation partners.
• Report program progress and results to senior leadership.

What you bring

• Master’s degree in IT, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Proven success in change management and stakeholder coordination at executive level.
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of business, application, and technical architecture.
• Track record in managing IT implementation partners and complex integrations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills in Dutch or French, with good understanding of the other national language, and English.
