What you will do

• Design and develop production-grade Python services following modern architectural standards
• Build and maintain API-driven microservices using FastAPI and asynchronous programming models
• Implement authentication, authorization, and policy-based access control mechanisms
• Integrate observability tooling (metrics, logging, tracing, alerting) for reliable operations
• Perform root cause analysis and apply reliability engineering principles
• Collaborate in agile teams, contribute to technical decisions, and communicate clearly with stakeholders
• Support delivery teams by improving development processes and engineering standards

What you bring

• Strong experience with Python 3.9+ (async, concurrency, multiprocessing, FastAPI)
• Solid understanding of authentication & authorization patterns (RBAC, ABAC, least privilege)
• Hands-on knowledge of object storage concepts and S3-compatible APIs
• Experience with microservice architectures, API design, and automated testing
• Familiarity with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
• Experience deploying applications on Kubernetes (CI/CD tools like ArgoCD or Flux are a plus)
• Fluent English (C1+) and comfortable working in an international environment
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
