What you will do

• Drive digital transformation initiatives within Employee Benefits offerings
• Translate customer, partner, and internal needs into digital products and features
• Own and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders
• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects using Agile methodologies
• Collaborate with business, IT, and external partners to deliver scalable solutions
• Redesign customer journeys to enhance user experience and engagement
• Monitor market trends and identify innovation opportunities in digital insurance
• Ensure alignment between strategic vision and operational delivery

What you bring

• 5-8+ years in digital project management, product ownership, or transformation roles
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or employee benefits is strongly preferred
• Proven track record delivering digital products in Agile environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Experience with customer journey mapping and digital innovation
• Analytical mindset with a strategic outlook
