What You'll Do

• Lead the transformation of the organization’s document management ecosystem, replacing the current platform and defining the future document architecture.
• Drive the implementation of an enterprise e-signature capability, enabling secure and compliant digital workflows.
• Coordinate business and IT stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable document management processes.
• Deliver complex migration programs to move legacy document repositories to modern platforms while preserving compliance and data integrity.
• Establish test management practices to ensure quality and reliability across document management initiatives.
• Define and enforce project governance, ensuring clear scope, risk management, and delivery transparency.
• Support business adoption through structured change management, training and preparing users for new document workflows.
• Collaborate with the PMO to ensure portfolio alignment, budget tracking, and delivery reporting.

What you bring

• 10+ years experience in IT project or program management
• Proven experience leading enterprise document management implementations or migrations
• Experience delivering cross-department digital transformation programs
• Strong expertise in stakeholder management across business and IT
• Experience implementing structured test management practices
• Solid understanding of document lifecycle processes and compliance requirements
• Experience with SharePoint / Microsoft 365 document platforms
• Experience with electronic signature solutions
• Familiarity with SAP environments
• Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments
• Knowledge of GDPR or NIS2 impacts on digital document workflows
• BPMN process modelling experience
