- Handle Access System- and Process-related incidents and requests
- Maintain Access Management System and Database according to internal policies
- Monitor system performance for proper provisioning, maintenance and revocation of access
- Keep access records accurate and audit-ready
- Perform periodic access reviews and support audits
- Contribute to improvements and testing of the access management process tool
- Tightly collaborate with IT and HR departments
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in IT access management area preferred
- Knowledge of access control principles and best practices
- Experience with ServiceNow is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational ability
- Familiarity with IT security standards and ticketing systems
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English (both written and spoken)
