Chief Technology Officer

We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer to lead our Technology function and help turn business strategy into reliable, secure, scalable and value-creating technology solutions. This role is not only about maintaining systems. It is about creating visible business impact through technology, data, AI, automation and strong delivery discipline.

WHAT YOU ‘LL BE DOING:

·      Lead the company’s technology strategy and roadmap.               

·      Lead and develop the IT team (8 people).

·      Ensure platform reliability, system security and fast incident resolution.

·      Manage IT infrastructure, architecture, integrations and technology projects.

·      Drive AI, automation and data infrastructure initiatives.

·      Support business teams with scalable and cost-efficient technology solutions.

·      Manage technology priorities through OKR’s and clear delivery planning.

·      Manage technology budget, vendors and external partners.

·      Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO and other relevant requirements.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

·      Experience as a CTO, Head of IT, IT Director or similar technology leadership role.

·      Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, integrations, cybersecurity and data.

·      Practical experience with AI, automation, Power BI and OKRs.

·      Ability to translate business needs into clear technology priorities.

·      Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.

·      English language skills (at least B2).
