Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Barbora Data Analytics team. If you’re passionate about turning data into actionable insights and want to work in a motivating, friendly, and ambitious environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What you'll be doing:

Building data models (AWS Redshift) and Power BI reports. We strive to automate as much as possible.
Delivering ad‑hoc deep dives (monthly/weekly/urgent) to explain data/anomalies and recommend concrete actions.
Examining sales trends, analyzing digital channel performance across the website and app, collaborating closely with the marketing and sales data analysts.
Measuring performance across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia by tracking core KPIs, assessing website and app improvements, evaluating the impact of marketing and other initiatives.
Using your research materials to identify the right opportunities for business growth and branding.
Owning end‑to‑end digital channel analytics: events tracking, funnel analytics, customer behaviour.
Communicating insights clearly, keeping reporting reproducible.

What you'll need to succeed:

2+ years of experience in business analytics. Experience with digital data, including website and app events, is a plus but not required.
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, Quicksight, etc.). Power BI is a plus.
Proficiency in SQL. Experience with Python, R, Matlab is a plus.
Excellent English (written/spoken).
Ownership and autonomy in a fast‑moving, result driven environment.

Salary:

Salary for this position ranges from 3500 EUR to 4200 EUR GROSS and depends on your experience.
