Senior Dotnet Developer

Hiring: Senior .NET Developer (ASP.NET MVC) | Arabic Speaker | UAE

We are looking for an Arabic-speaking Senior .NET Developer to join a prestigious government-focused digital transformation project in the UAE. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with strong expertise in ASP.NET MVC 5, .NET Framework, SQL Server, IIS, and secure enterprise integrations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET MVC 5 / .NET Framework 4.6+

✔ Build and manage secure RESTful APIs for internal and external government integrations

✔ Ensure compliance with security, governance, audit, and data protection standards

✔ Optimize SQL Server databases (performance tuning, indexing, stored procedures)

✔ Deploy and manage applications on IIS environments

✔ Troubleshoot issues across application, API, and database layers

✔ Maintain technical documentation and support release/change management processes

✔ Integrate with national digital platforms and shared government services

🔹 Required Skills:

✔ 7+ years of .NET Development experience

✔ Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC 5, .NET Framework 4.6+

✔ Hands-on experience with SQL Server

✔ Experience with IIS deployment & configuration

✔ Strong knowledge of REST APIs & secure coding practices

✔ Familiarity with Git / version control tools

✔ Strong problem-solving and documentation skills

🔹 Preferred:

✔ Experience in Government / Regulated sectors

✔ Knowledge of UAE digital government ecosystem

✔ Exposure to .NET Core / .NET 6+

✔ Frontend skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
