Hiring: Senior Product Manager – Digital & AI Platforms (GovTech | SAP | UAE)

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead high-impact digital transformation initiatives for large-scale government service platforms.

This role focuses on building a next-generation, citizen-centric digital ecosystem powered by SAP platforms, AI automation, and modern product practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end digital product lifecycle for enterprise-scale government services
• Drive SAP-based integration, workflow automation, and service digitization
• Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy for digital transformation initiatives
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, data, and stakeholder teams across ministries
• Manage product backlog, agile delivery, and release planning
• Improve citizen experience through data-driven and AI-enabled service design
• Oversee UAT, product launches, and continuous improvement cycles
• Ensure cost efficiency and operational optimization through digital adoption
• Present product progress and KPIs to senior leadership and stakeholders

Key Skills & Experience

• 4+ years in Product Management (digital / enterprise platforms)
• Strong experience in SAP (BTP, Workflow, CRM, Service Management)
• Expertise in agile delivery, backlog management, and cross-functional leadership
• Experience in digital transformation, CX, and large-scale platforms
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Knowledge of AI-driven automation and enterprise integrations

Preferred

• Agile / Scrum / Product certifications
• Experience in GovTech, enterprise SaaS, or large transformation programs
