About the Role:

We are seeking an AI Business Analyst & Scrum Master to support one of our client projects and help modernize warranty and claims operations using data, automation, and AI-driven decisioning.

This hybrid role brings together business, data, and technology teams to improve processes while ensuring smooth Agile delivery.

What You’ll Do

Business & Process Analysis

• Develop a deep understanding of the full warranty lifecycle—from claim intake to resolution.
• Map existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend AI- or automation-based enhancements.
• Lead workshops and gather requirements across Warranty, Service, Legal, Quality, and IT teams.
• Support change management as teams transition to AI-enabled workflows.

Data & AI Collaboration

• Translate data insights into meaningful business implications.
• Partner with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to define data needs, features, and success metrics.
• Validate AI/ML outputs to ensure compliance with warranty rules and business expectations.

Business–IT Bridge

• Convert business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support UAT and ensure transparent, traceable decision workflows.

Scrum Master Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and promote continuous improvement.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as both a Business Analyst and Scrum Master.
• Understanding of warranty or claims processes (preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort handling structured and unstructured data.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and Agile delivery.
• Scrum certification is a plus.
