Note: Only candidates currently based in Sweden will be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

📊 Data Collection & Management

• Gather and compile data from various sources, including production lines, quality control systems, and ERP systems.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and cleaning processes.

📈 Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze production data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Utilize statistical methods and tools to generate actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs.

🔧 Process Improvement

• Work with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and drive efficiency.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to reduce waste and enhance operations.
• Support Lean and Six Sigma initiatives.

📑 Reporting & Communication

• Prepare and present data-driven reports and visualizations to management.
• Communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Assist in developing strategies to support business objectives.

🛠️ Technical Support

• Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure data consistency.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in data analysis tools and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔️ Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.

✔️ Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

✔️ Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools (Power BI).

✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✔️ Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred Skills:

➕ Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and manufacturing processes is a plus.

➕ Strong business acumen to translate data insights into strategic actions.
