Senior Product Manager

As a part of the Product Strategy & Marketing department, Product Manager is a business professional who understands how main business drivers may impact on our own area, with a high level of autonomy, based on management directions. With his/her experience working in the aviation sector, the role requires a strong execution in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision and strategy in line with the business owners and key stakeholders
• Define and manage product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders and related departments (Sales, Technology, Operations, Marketing, R&D)
• Work with customers to validate customer value drivers, define features of the products (MVP and beyond), and prioritize based on effort and expected business value
• Conduct competition and market research, develop new value propositions corresponding to the market requirements and articulate them into new product or module ideas
• Build working wireframes using AI-assisted tools (vibe coding) to validate ideas with customers and stakeholders before product investment.
• Embed AI tools into daily ways of working as a PM, accelerating research, analysis, and decision-making across the product lifecycle.
• Identify AI opportunities within the product and translate them into validated feature concepts, with a clear understanding of where AI genuinely adds value.
• Create business plans, and manage the budget for area of responsibility including capacity planning with Technology department
• Monitor business results, plan and execute quarterly business reviews for key stakeholders
• Coordinate different functional and technical streams with Technology teams to ensure end to end solution success
• Work closely with Sales teams in presales and tender processes and product demonstrations, provide support for tender clarification and solution design process
• Evangelize product information by developing product information and material working closely with Product Marketing department
• Conduct regular site visits for monitoring customer satisfaction levels and deriving customer insights
• As a part of key projects conduct the initial site visit and discovery process and enable delivery teams with initial gap and risk analysis, and product requirement documentation*
• Manage 3rd party partnerships: requirement definition and prioritization, coordination of product evolution and other activities with the partner;
• Participate in Agile events when applicable / required;
• Ensure solutions (to be) released meet the user’s needs and product readiness guidelines

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in product management, business analysis or related field;
• Excellent level of communication and presentation skills;
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day product management work;
• Background in the aviation sector is a strong plus;
• High level of Business / Commercial sense and focus;
• Ability to work effectively with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds;
• Preferably experience with complex systems;
• Fluent English;
• Experience in agile methodologies is a plus.
