Marketing Project Manager (Relocation to Cyprus)

As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be involved in planning, executing, and measuring various marketing campaigns, analyzing customer data, and providing insights to drive marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting specific customer segments
• Work closely with business development and product teams to ensure marketing activities align with business goals
• Assist in managing day-to-day marketing operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes
• Coordinate selected marketing projects, track progress, and prepare performance reports to measure KPIs
• Collaborate with the production team to support workflow organization and contribute to automation initiatives
• Contribute creative ideas and assist in developing marketing materials that enhance brand visibility and impact

Requirements

• Organized and detail-oriented, while fostering creativity
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, ideally in digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies
• Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (or similar)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Experience with Jira will be considered an advantage
