About The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team. In this role, you’ll execute local marketing collaborations, create engaging content across digital channels, and bring campaigns to life through seamless coordination with partners and stakeholders. You’ll work closely with business partners, freelancers, agencies, and internal teams to strengthen our brand presence, deliver impactful marketing initiatives, and build lasting relationships within the local marketing community.

For this position, the gross monthly salary range is EUR 2500-2700 gross, depending on your experience and qualifications.

About The Role

You’ll work closely with business partners, freelancers, agencies, and internal teams to strengthen our brand presence, deliver impactful marketing initiatives, and build lasting relationships within the local marketing community.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and execute collaborations with business partners according to agreements;
- Own local language when it comes to copyright for social media, campaigns, newsletters and web pages;
- Coordinate timelines, materials production (photos, videos, prizes and coupons logistics) and execution with internal and external partners;
- Grow and maintain strong relationships with marketing community in your country, freelancers and agencies;
- 1+ years of experience in fast-paced marketing, advertising or project coordination (agency, FMCG, media, sales);
- Interest in marketing and its trends, good self-organization and time management;
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once;
- Team-oriented, proactive, "can do" attitude with great attention to detail;
- Good knowledge of Latvian and English
