Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Project Manager role based in Vilnius. The Marketing Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of integrated marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Daily responsibilities include coordinating internal and external stakeholders, defining project milestones, managing timelines, and tracking performance against agreed objectives. The role involves briefing creative and digital teams, aligning project work with client strategies, preparing status reports, and proactively addressing risks or issues. The Marketing Project Manager will also support proposal development, contribute to marketing strategy discussions, and help optimize processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Organization Skills to plan, prioritize, and coordinate multiple marketing initiatives.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with clients, internal teams, and partners, and to present project updates clearly.
• Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to manage project finances, control costs, and align resources with agreed scopes.
• Candidates should possess Marketing knowledge to understand integrated campaigns, target audiences, and performance metrics.
• Relevant qualifications may include experience in agency or marketing environments, proficiency with project management tools, and the ability to work effectively on-site in Vilnius.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, and fluency in English and local language, are considered beneficial.
