SAFe Certified

• Extensive Experience in Agile Coaching: Demonstrated success coaching multiple product teams using multiple Agile methodologies using frameworks like Scrum and SAFe to enhance team performance and scalability.
• Proven Track Record in Mentorship and Development: Expertise in mentoring Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other team members, fostering growth through tailored coaching and training to strengthen Agile skills and drive team success.
  
  
  

What you'll do:

• Guide multiple teams through Agile adoption and cultural transformation.
• Lead, co-facilitate, and shadow team ceremonies while providing actionable feedback.
• Conduct maturity assessments and create targeted coaching plans for improvement.
  
  
  

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $65.00 to $80.00 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.

Location: Houston, TX in office 3x week
