SAFe Certified

• Extensive Experience in Agile Coaching: Demonstrated success coaching multiple product teams using multiple Agile methodologies using frameworks like Scrum and SAFe to enhance team performance and scalability.
• Expert Facilitator of Agile Ceremonies: Skilled in leading and facilitating key Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, ensuring teams stay focused on value delivery and continuous improvement.
• Proven Track Record in Mentorship and Development: Expertise in mentoring Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other team members, fostering growth through tailored coaching and training to strengthen Agile skills and drive team success.
  
  
  

What you'll do:

• Coach and support teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in Agile best practices, ensuring alignment with platform goals and OKRs
• Facilitate or guide key Agile ceremonies like standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement, while promoting self-sufficiency
• Conduct team maturity assessments and drive continuous improvement initiatives across sprints and quarterly planning sessions
  
  
  

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $65.00 to $80.00 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.

Location: Houston, TX in office 3x week
