Who you are:

• Extensive Experience in Agile Coaching: Demonstrated success coaching multiple product teams through Agile transformations, using frameworks like Scrum and SAFe to enhance team performance and scalability.
• Expert Facilitator of Agile Ceremonies: Skilled in leading and facilitating key Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, ensuring teams stay focused on value delivery and continuous improvement.
• Proven Track Record in Mentorship and Development: Expertise in mentoring Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other team members, fostering growth through tailored coaching and training to strengthen Agile skills and drive team success.
  
  
  

What you'll do:

• Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement across multiple product teams.
• Coach and Mentor Teams: Provide hands-on coaching to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members, helping them navigate Agile practices, resolve challenges, and strengthen team dynamics.
• Track Progress and Report Metrics: Monitor team performance using Agile metrics, report progress to stakeholders, and identify areas for improvement to ensure alignment with organizational goals and successful delivery.
  
  
  

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $55.00to $78.00 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.

Location: Houston, TX in office 3x week
