Senior Product / Project Manager

We are now looking for our next team member; someone who is excited about taking on a combined Product & Project Manager role, leading a large-scale, multinational, digital transformation project for one of our clients as their first assignment! 

Responsibilities 

• Lead large digital transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery from initiation to completion  
• Utilize your project management experience to effectively plan, execute and monitor projects; meeting deadlines and stakeholder expectations  
• Utilize your product management skills to own the roadmap and plan for product enhancements and adoptions according to user needs and market fit 
• Guide and lead people and teams through digital and organizational transitions  
• Effectively manage stakeholders; from hands-on technical engineers to executive teams 
• Grow, learn and have fun together with a great team of fellow Trice-colleagues, who are passionate about leading digital change and creating sustainable value for our customers in the technology strategy space

Qualifications 

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager / Product Manager / Management Consultant or an equivalent role, within a digital, transformational context  
• You have a track record of successfully managing complex, large-scale initiatives, achieving results and stakeholder satisfaction   
• You're a strategic problem solver with the ability to translate business objectives into product roadmaps and plans and drive towards their successful execution, keeping track of schedules, budgets and risks   
• You have strong communication, presentation and leadership skills and the ability to influence, formally and informally, across different roles, from engineering teams to executives  
• You are curious and passionate about understanding and elevating customer value, making sure your products' and/or projects' outcomes are contributing to the company's growth  
• You have a curious mindset and promote a culture of growth 
• You have an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities presented by global operations and cross-border collaborations  
• Flexibility to collaborate across different time zones and a willingness to travel, if required
