HR Manager - (Fluent Spanish; English - B2 minimum) - permanent role, location Malaga.

The role requires office presence in Malaga 2 to 3 times per week.

ROLE SPECIFICATION

The People Operations Manager oversees and facilitates all aspects of day-to-day HR operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes within the organization. The role plays a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, driving organizational effectiveness, and supporting the achievement of strategic business goals through effective HR management practices.

Must have a thorough understanding and provide guidance on all aspects of the employee life cycle within the business to minimize legal and reputational risks and meet the business's needs.

Actively participate and contribute as a member of the local management team to the overall business management.

Partner with business leaders to provide strategic advisory and thought leadership in all people and organization-related matters and will ensure flawless implementation of all Group People and Culture platforms.

Translate business requirements and Group People and Culture guidance, information, and policies to the local needs, across multiple offices.

Required education, skills and experience:

1. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Human Resources (People Operations) management role
2. University degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Social Sciences or a related field
3. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both Spanish and English
4. A track record of successful delivery on HR projects of various sizes and complexities
5. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, complex environment
