Summary of Position

Softeq’s People Operations is searching for a Specialist who will play a key role in supporting both the employee lifecycle and the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. The ideal candidate is a proactive, positive and people-oriented personality who is organized and has the ability to manage multiple priorities. This position will be based in Vilnius, Lithuania (employment contract) and will report to our Senior People Business Partner. This is a hybrid role which will require office work (remote work opportunities possible).


Job Responsibilities

  • Support the employee lifecycle by executing assigned activities across hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within our People Operations systems.
  • Assist in preparing employment contracts, amendments, and related documentation.
  • In collaboration with legal, ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Support benefits administration and employee queries related to People Operations matters.
  • Ensure smooth daily office operations, engaging and well-functioning work environment.
  • Support the organization on internal events, meetings, business travels and other team activities.
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other key staff to support operational needs.
  • Evaluate and improve processes to enhance our efficiency and overall employee experience.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of overall professional experience in Lithuania, basic knowledge of people operations and/or administrative processes & practices.
  • Good organizational skills, proactive, adaptive and positive mindset.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Accountability, diligence and high level of attention to details.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, etc.)
  • Must be bilingual in Lithuanian and English (reading, writing and speaking)
  • Proficiency in Google Suite required
  • Experience with prior HR systems preferred


Salary Range: 2,750 - 3,250 EUR gross monthly
