Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational lifecycle of financial instruments such as guarantees, direct loans, and intermediated structures involving multiple beneficiaries.
• Support back-office activities related to the servicing and administration of financial products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, refine, and prioritize business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
• Manage projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Prepare and execute test cases, monitor defects, and coordinate user acceptance testing.
• Facilitate data migrations and ensure accuracy through quality control checks.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users, ensuring mutual understanding of requirements and solutions.

Profile

• Solid knowledge of banking products and services, particularly in the context of structured lending and risk-sharing mechanisms.
• Prior experience with financial back-office operations and a good understanding of banking processes.
• Comfortable working with collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills, with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with user-centric design and design thinking is a plus.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and VBA for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with testing methodologies and data validation procedures.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fluent in English (minimum C1 level).
