We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our organisation's agile transformation, providing coaching and training to teams across the business. You will have a strong background in agile methodologies and a passion for continuous improvement.

As the Agile Coach, you will work closely with our design chapter, which includes our scrum masters, design coach, Agile Transformation Lead, and Lean specialist. Your focus will be on driving the adoption of agile practices, facilitating workshops, and mentoring teams to help them optimise their ways of working. You will also be involved in developing and delivering agile training programs to upskill our workforce.

Key to your success will be your ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, your expertise in data analysis to measure the impact of agile initiatives, and your proven track record of leading successful agile transformations. If you are an energetic change agent who thrives on helping teams and organisations reach new levels of efficiency and innovation, we want to hear from you.

Key skills:

• Extensive experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master
• Excellent facilitation and training skills
• Ability to drive cultural change and adoption of agile practices
• Experience in data analysis and reporting

Salary: £47,033 - £51,292
