Remote Working (with quarterly team meetups in the London HQ)

I'm currently working with a well known, national not for profit organisation who are looking to hire a Scrum Master to join their Agile delivery function and support the continued delivery of digital products and services across the organisation.

This role sits within an established Agile team and will be responsible for coaching cross-functional teams, embedding Agile and Lean ways of working, facilitating high-value Scrum events and helping teams continuously improve how they deliver value. It's an opportunity to join a mature Agile environment where Scrum is well established and continuously evolving.

Working alongside Product Owners, delivery teams and the Agile Transformation Lead, you'll play a key role in improving team effectiveness, driving continuous improvement and helping teams deliver value in a collaborative and sustainable way. This role would suit an experienced Scrum Master who enjoys coaching teams rather than directing them and is passionate about fostering high-performing Agile cultures.

The Scrum Master will:

  • Coach and support Agile delivery teams, helping them adopt and continuously improve Scrum practices
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
  • Remove delivery impediments and help teams overcome blockers to maintain delivery momentum
  • Work closely with Product Owners, technical teams and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and delivery
  • Promote Agile principles and coach teams towards greater ownership, accountability and self-organisation
  • Identify opportunities to improve team performance, delivery processes and Agile maturity
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement across the wider Agile function
  • Ideally hold Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or equivalent Scrum certification with previous experience working as a Scrum Master within Agile software delivery environments
