Technical Project Manager

Our client, a leading non-profit business network in the USA, is looking for a Technical Program Manager (Fully Remote).

The Technical Program Manager (TPM) drives our client's 10x growth vision by leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technology projects on time and within budget. This includes fostering collaboration, empowering innovation, managing risks, and optimizing resource allocation

The TPM will contribute directly to our 10x growth goal by:

• Enabling Scalability – Developing long-term strategic plans to scale technology operations. Responsibilities
• Define and effectively manage project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Compile and organize business requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Manage day-to-day project coordination between business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and consultants.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Track, monitor, and identify risks to mitigate project delays.
• Communicate project status, blockers, and risks with key stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline project execution.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
• Conduct project evaluations and lessons learned post-implementation.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations to keep stakeholders informed.
• Mentor and support team members to enhance skills and performance.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in program management OR 8+ years in project management.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PgMP, CSM) preferred.
• Experience managing technology projects across platforms such as Active Campaign, Cvent, Drift, G-Suite, Monday.com, Salesforce, Slack.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address technical issues.
• Data analysis skills for tracking project progress and performance.
• Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in resource planning and change management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies (preferred).Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Salesforce, DevOps practices) (preferred).
