Technical Product Manager

We are hiring for a new and exciting role: Technical Product Manager.

emma, the multi-cloud management platform, empowers organizations to seamlessly transition between different cloud infrastructures. Our mission is to make cloud infrastructure universally accessible, free from technical, organizational, or business constraints.

As we continue to grow, we need new technical minded colleagues who take ownership of specific product areas and deliver value to our customers. This role will be instrumental in driving product innovation and ensure we meet our business goals.

Our headquarters are located in Luxembourg. This position is hybrid, and we offer in-person meetings on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product roadmap for our multi-cloud management platform.
• Lead the full product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch iterations.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product releases.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to create clear and actionable user stories.
• Analyze market trends, user feedback, and technology advancements to identify opportunities for product innovation.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or in a similar role, ideally in cloud management, SaaS, or infrastructure platforms.
• Strong technical understanding of cloud services and infrastructure automation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
