We are looking for experienced Graphic Design professionals to support a long-term communication and design services opportunity based in Luxembourg.
We are looking for candidates who could match one of the following profiles:
Main Responsibilities May Include
The contract will be executed both on-site and off-site. The services may be performed at the client’s premises in Luxembourg and remotely.
As per the applicable rules, the consultant is expected to work at least 3 days per week on-site in Luxembourg, with the remaining days performed via teleworking.
Requirements
Required skills and experience:
We are looking for candidates who could match one of the following profiles:
- Senior Graphic Designer Team Leader
- Senior Graphic Designer
- Senior Graphic Designer with Audio/Video skills
Main Responsibilities May Include
- Creation and adaptation of visual communication materials
- Development of graphic concepts, layouts and visual assets
- Preparation of digital and print-ready materials
- Ensuring consistency with visual identity and branding guidelines
- Coordination of design tasks and priorities
- For team leader profiles: coordination of graphic design activities and support to the wider team
- For AV-oriented profiles: support with audio/video-related visual assets and multimedia content

Requirements
Required skills and experience:
- Strong experience in graphic design, visual communication or multimedia design
- Excellent knowledge of professional design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent
- Experience preparing materials for both digital and print channels
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage several priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English
- Experience in institutional, corporate or public-sector communication environments
- Experience with audiovisual or multimedia content
- Previous team coordination experience for the team leader profile
