We are currently looking for a Product Manager who will take ownership of AI-powered productization initiatives, reusable AI assets, demo platforms, and strategic technology products, while coordinating project and delivery activities from discovery to successful execution.

About the Role

As a Product Manager at Mobven, you will be responsible for driving the productization of AI-powered and non-AI technology solutions, managing reusable AI assets and demo platforms, and turning business needs, stakeholder insights, and technical capabilities into scalable product outcomes.

In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership across product, project, and delivery dimensions. You will help shape product priorities, define requirements, coordinate execution, manage stakeholder alignment, and support AI-driven initiatives as they move from discovery to successful delivery with clear business impact.

You will collaborate closely with Business Development, AI, Engineering, Design, Delivery, and Leadership teams to build scalable AI-powered products, support strategic initiatives, and create measurable value for enterprise clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the roadmap for AI-powered products, non-AI technology initiatives, reusable AI assets, demo platforms, and productization efforts.

• Translate business needs, stakeholder expectations, market opportunities, and technical capabilities into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.

• Lead product discovery activities, including stakeholder interviews, need analysis, problem definition, solution scoping, and requirement clarification.

• Manage and prioritize product backlogs across different products and initiatives in line with business value, stakeholder impact, technical feasibility, delivery effort, and strategic priorities.

• Define product success metrics, collect feedback, monitor product performance, and drive continuous improvement.

• Work closely with AI, Engineering, Design, Business Development, and Delivery teams to transform ideas and technical capabilities into scalable, usable, and production-ready solutions.

• Position demos and demo platforms as structured, reusable, and enterprise-ready product assets.

• Support Business Development teams during presales processes by contributing to solution scope, product positioning, demo preparation, feasibility assessment, and requirement analysis.

• Contribute to commercial proposal preparation by providing input on product adaptation scope, effort, timeline, feasibility, and delivery assumptions.

• Take ownership of assigned initiatives once the scope becomes clear, acting as the end-to-end owner of the work from discovery to delivery.

• Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, timelines, dependencies, resource needs, and key milestones.

• Coordinate project execution across multiple internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities, responsibilities, timelines, and expected outcomes.

• Manage delivery processes from kickoff to go-live, ensuring that stakeholder expectations, product capabilities, technical feasibility, and business goals remain aligned.

• Identify risks, blockers, dependencies, scope changes, and delivery deviations early; escalate when necessary and drive mitigation actions.

• Track project-level effort, timeline, and cost assumptions in coordination with relevant teams and contribute to basic P&L awareness for assigned initiatives.

• Prepare regular roadmap updates, project status reports, stakeholder presentations, management summaries, and delivery follow-ups.

• Ensure proper project closure by documenting outcomes, lessons learned, improvement areas, and next-step recommendations.

• Contribute to the maturity of product, project, and delivery management practices by improving processes, templates, rituals, and documentation standards.

Required Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management, project management, delivery management, business analysis, or a similar role in technology, SaaS, data, AI, or digital transformation environments.

• Strong understanding of product management practices including product discovery, roadmap planning, backlog management, prioritization, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product lifecycle management.

• Experience in managing technology initiatives from discovery and planning to delivery and go-live.

• Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value, stakeholder-facing narratives, and actionable product requirements.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with business, AI, engineering, design, sales, delivery, and leadership teams.

• Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and follow-up skills.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple products, projects, and priorities at the same time in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

• High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to risk, dependency, timeline, and expectation management.

• Comfortable working in a role that requires both strategic product thinking and hands-on project/delivery execution.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• Experience in AI, machine learning, data products, enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or digital transformation projects would be a plus.

• Familiarity with LLMs, RAG pipelines, agentic AI, recommendation systems, automation platforms, or AI-powered business applications would be a plus.

• Previous experience working with enterprise clients or internal enterprise stakeholders in sectors such as finance, retail, insurance, healthcare, telecommunications, or travel would be a plus.

• Experience in mobile applications, web platforms, fintech, banking, payment systems, or other digital product environments would be a plus.

• Experience in presales, solution scoping, demo preparation, stakeholder discovery, or delivery planning processes would be a plus.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum/Kanban practices, Jira, Confluence, Notion, Miro, or similar product/project management tools.

• Ability to create clear product documentation, project plans, roadmap presentations, business requirement documents, and executive-level reports.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams including AI engineers, software developers, data scientists, architects, QA engineers, designers, business development teams, delivery teams, and senior leadership.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate product value, delivery effort, stakeholder impact, commercial feasibility, and operational risks together.
