About the Role

As Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional projects from initiation to completion. You ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You’ll be responsible for resource planning, progress monitoring, stakeholder alignment, and maintaining clear communication across all involved teams.

At the Breda site, medicines are labelled, assembled, stored, and shipped to countries around the world. In this role, you are a key player in ensuring the success of global supply chain operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals
  • Create detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams and ensure task ownership
  • Monitor timelines, budgets, and performance indicators
  • Manage scope changes, project risks, and stakeholder expectations
  • Report regularly to stakeholders and leadership on progress and challenges
  • Ensure high-quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and apply lessons learned


Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar
  • 5–10 years of experience in supply chain, product launch, demand planning, or transformation project management
  • Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects
  • Certifications such as PMP, APICS (CPIM/CSCP), Agile/Scrum are a strong plus
  • Experience with tools like SAP, Rapid Response, Anaplan, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • 32 – 40 workweek
  • Analytical, data-driven, customer-focused, and action-oriented
