Oxford Global Resources is looking for a Data & Analytics Analyst to support the Global Supply Chain organization in one of our Pharmaceutical clients. The role will focus on developing advanced Power BI dashboards, translating business requirements into analytical solutions, and improving reporting standardization across the global supply chain.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor key supply chain KPIs such as service level, inventory, forecast accuracy, OTIF, and logistics costs.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain stakeholders (Planning, Logistics, Customer Experience) to gather and translate business requirements into data and analytics solutions.
  • Transform business questions into clear analytical frameworks, data models, and visual insights that support decision making.
  • Contribute to the automation and standardization of reporting and analytics processes across the global supply chain.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability of supply chain performance reporting.
  • Extract, validate, and structure supply chain data from ERP systems (M3 preferred).
  • Collaborate with IT, Finance, and global/regional supply chain teams to improve data availability and reporting capabilities.
  • Support initiatives related to data governance, KPI standardization, and data quality improvement.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics analytics is strongly preferred.


  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling, dashboard development, and visualization best practices.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (M3, Oracle or similar).
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • SQL knowledge is a strong plus.
  • Experience with Power Platform or reporting automation tools is desirable.
  • Understanding of supply chain data structures and KPIs is preferred.


Experience

  • 2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or operations analytics.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into analytical solutions.
  • Exposure to supply chain functions such as planning, logistics, inventory management, or customer operations is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to data quality.
