Project Manager – Supply Chain Transformation


Role Overview

The Project Manager, Supply Chain Transformation will support the design and deployment of a new operating model across global supply chain and manufacturing operations.

This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing deployment activities across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with business priorities, stakeholder expectations, and PMO standards.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, the successful candidate will support the rollout of new processes, systems, and master data initiatives while ensuring structured project execution, proactive risk management, and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

This role is well suited to a collaborative and solutions-focused project professional who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment.


Key Responsibilities


Project Delivery & Coordination

  • Lead and coordinate deployment activities across multiple manufacturing and supply chain sites.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, trackers, and schedules.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Monitor project milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and financial performance.


Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Management

  • Manage stakeholder relationships across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, PMO, IT, and other business functions.
  • Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication of updates, risks, actions, and decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deployment readiness and execution.


PMO & Process Excellence

  • Ensure consistent use of PMO tools, templates, and project governance processes.
  • Support deployment planning across process, systems, and master data workstreams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project execution, deployment efficiency, and collaboration.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and enhancement of PMO standards and practices.


Change Management & Transformation

  • Support organisational change management activities linked to the new operating model.
  • Assist with transformation initiatives focused on operational excellence and business process improvement.
  • Help drive alignment across sites during implementation and deployment phases.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
  • 3–6 years’ experience in project management, program management, supply chain, operations, or a related environment.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects within supply chain, manufacturing, systems, or process deployment environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with MS Project and project risk assessment methodologies preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Financial awareness and understanding of project performance and ROI.
  • Willingness to travel to support multi-site deployment activities.


Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting supply chain, manufacturing, or operational transformation initiatives.
  • Exposure to systems implementation or process improvement projects.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or Project Management certifications.
  • Experience working across multiple sites or within global organisations.
