DevOps Engineer (Azure)

A trusted AI and cloud solutions company is seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure to join its fast-growing team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a DevOps professional that can confidently support enterprise-grade deployments with a focus on automation, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using Microsoft Azure and Terraform (IaC).
• Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for various applications and environments.
• Collaborate closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure efficient software delivery and operational stability.
• Use scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) to automate system tasks and processes.
• Maintain source control and versioning using GIT and ensure best practices in branching and merging.
• Provide technical guidance and consulting to clients and internal teams in a professional and presentable manner.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, security, and scalability.

Qualifications

• At least 8–10 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure environments.
• Deep knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) best practices.
• Experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Proficient in scripting languages: Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
• Strong experience with GIT and version control strategies.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills; must be comfortable presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-400, AZ-104) are a strong plus.
