Senior Project Manager – Agile (Enterprise Digital & Hybrid Delivery)

Role Purpose

The Senior Project Manager (Agile) will lead multiple concurrent initiatives across custom software development,

digital platforms, data and integration projects, and vendor-led deliveries within a large enterprise or government

environment. This role requires full end-to-end delivery ownership, strong governance, stakeholder confidence,

and the ability to operate in hybrid Agile–Waterfall models where required.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full project lifecycle: intake, discovery, planning, execution, release, and post-production support.

• Manage multiple parallel projects including digital applications, integrations, enhancements, and BAU work.

• Lead Agile, Kanban, and Hybrid delivery models pragmatically based on project needs.

• Establish delivery governance, RAID logs, dashboards, KPIs, and Steering Committee reporting.

• Manage stakeholders across business, IT, security, architecture, DevOps, and vendors.

• Manage vendors with clear SLAs, milestones, acceptance criteria, and escalation models.

• Ensure quality-first delivery with clear Definition of Done, testing readiness, release notes, and rollback plans.

• Use Azure DevOps and/or Jira for backlog management, metrics, traceability, and reporting.

Experience & Qualifications

• 8–15+ years in Project / Delivery / Program Management

• 5+ years leading Agile custom software development projects

• Experience managing multiple projects or programs in parallel

• Strong background in enterprise or government environments

• Hands-on experience with vendor and multi-team delivery models

• Mandatory tools: Azure DevOps and/or Jira

• Preferred certifications: PMP, CSM/PSM, SAFe, ITIL
