HR Project & Program Manager (f/m/d)
Your Tasks
- Work closely with HR leaders and other stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes that support the organization's overall goals
- Lead / Manage / Support various HR projects ( e.g sustainability : CSRD/ESRS, Annual Non-Financial Reporting , Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI), HR Strategic Policies & Reporting, Manager Handbook, Equal Pay Project within EU , HR Academy etc. … ) ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope
- Collaborate with HR teams and other departments to execute programs related to employee development, diversity and inclusion, compliance, and process improvement
- Ensure proper governance, milestone tracking, and cross-functional collaboration for all HR initiatives
- Develop and implement HR tools, resources, and communications (e.g., newsletters, handbooks) to support organizational effectiveness
- Monitor project progress, provide regular updates to leadership, and address any issues or risks
- Conduct team development workshops, team coaching, and individual coaching (e.g., 360° feedback coaching)
- Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and workplace culture
- Design and facilitate diverse workshops as needed
- Act as a sparring partner and support senior leaders in team development planning and facilitation
- Promote DEI initiatives to create an inclusive workplace environment
Your Profile
- Proven minimum 4+ years of experience in HR project or program management, with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in leading change initiatives and influencing stakeholders
- Excellent collaboration and leadership abilities, capable of motivating and inspiring teams
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in designing and delivering training programs, facilitating workshops, and group discussions
- Business fluency in written and spoken German and English
- Experience with HR initiatives such as employee development, DEI, and compliance is a plus
- Strong project management and communication skills to drive HR initiatives that align with organizational goals
