We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our Dublin headquarters. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead the Human Resources function across our international operations, playing a key role in developing people strategies, driving organisational performance, and supporting the continued growth of our business. This is an excellent opportunity to influence the employee experience while working closely with senior leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on organisational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management to ensure the business has the resources required to achieve its strategic objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on all employee relations matters, promoting a positive, high-performance culture across the organisation.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes, ensuring consistency, fairness, and compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
  • Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and maintain an up-to-date understanding of UK and international employment laws relevant to Europlan's operations.
  • Oversee and continuously improve HR systems, policies, procedures, and record-keeping practices, ensuring GDPR compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding, delivering a professional and consistent employee experience.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programmes, conducting regular market benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement performance management processes that support employee development, engagement, and organisational success.
  • Identify training and development needs across the business and coordinate learning initiatives that enhance individual and team capability.
  • Produce regular HR reports and metrics, including headcount, turnover, recruitment activity, and other key performance indicators, providing valuable insights to senior management.
  • Work collaboratively with operational and management teams to support workforce planning and the successful delivery of Europlan's staffing and engineering services.

What We're Looking For:

  • Relevant third-level qualification in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related discipline.
  • CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent) preferred.
  • Minimum five years' experience in a generalist HR Management role, ideally within engineering, construction, or professional services.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Irish employment legislation, with a working knowledge of UK employment legislation considered an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience supporting international HR operations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Exposure to HRIS implementation, optimisation, or digital HR transformation projects.
  • Experience within engineering, construction, project management, or technical staffing environments.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience producing HR metrics to support business decision-making.
