Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist (f/m/d)
Your Tasks
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle from requisition to offer, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent.
- Source and engage candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and proactive talent pipelining.
- Act as the Key User for our Applicant Tracking System (Cornerstone), managing the end-to-end recruitment workflow and continuously improving recruitment processes.
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and external recruitment agencies while ensuring effective collaboration and recruitment excellence.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs, maintain recruitment and headcount reporting, and provide meaningful insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Support and drive HR projects and annual HR processes, including Performance Management, Employee Engagement Surveys, Job Architecture, and the continuous digitalization of HR processes.
Your Profile
- Proven experience 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, including end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
Experience managing HR projects and coordinating multiple initiatives simultaneously. - Proactive and self-driven with a strong sense of ownership, reliability, accountability and confidentiality.
- Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented working style with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and multiple ongoing projects.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with proven ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Strong customer and service orientation, combined with excellent stakeholder management skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Collaborative team player who also works independently with minimal supervision and is eager to develop professionally.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken (additional languages are an advantage).
- Please note that this position is based at our Headquarters in Vienna, Austria. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Austria.
