Senior Program Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Agile Program Manager to oversee multiple product teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, efficient budget management, and optimal capacity planning. This role is critical in fostering a culture of continuous value delivery and adaptability within the organization. The Senior Program Manager will work closely with our Product Owners, agile cross-functional teams, and leadership to ensure resources are effectively allocated and roadmaps are continuously optimized to meet organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management & Strategic Alignment

• Oversee the program of agile product teams, ensuring initiatives align with business priorities and strategic objectives
• Facilitate program planning and execution while driving transparency across teams and stakeholders
• Define, track, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) for program performance and value delivery

Budget & Capacity Planning

• Manage budget allocation across product teams to maximize value creation
• Balance resource availability and team capacity to optimize delivery and mitigate bottlenecks

Governance & Agile Maturity

• Implement governance frameworks to ensure accountability while fostering an agile, adaptive culture
• Establish lean program management practices to streamline decision-making
• Promote continuous improvement and agile best practices across product teams

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, and leadership
• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly and proactively
• Drive alignment across teams by facilitating discussions and resolving conflicts effectively

What You’ll Need:

• 7+ years proven experience in agile program management or a related role within a scaled agile environment
• Experience with budget management, financial planning, and capacity planning within an agile organization
• Experience leading global, distributed teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale, etc.)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Familiarity with tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
• Passion for blockchain, crypto, or DeFi software development
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
