  • Be responsible for the contract user expansion work in the Vietnam or Turkey market / the US / the UK;
  • Develop and maintain local trading users, agents, communities, and KOL resources;
  • Promote the growth of trading volume in the region and enhance user activity and retention;
  • Coordinate with the internal operations, marketing, and risk control teams to jointly achieve business objectives;
  • Regularly submit business progress reports and participate in rebate and quarterly incentive settlements.
  • At least 1 year of BD experience in cryptocurrency exchanges (contract direction is mandatory);
  • Previous cooperative trading volume of 200M300M USDT or more per month;
  • Familiarity with the local crypto markets in Vietnam or Turkey / the US / the UK, with resource holders preferred;
  • English as a working language, with certain local market communication skills;
  • Result-oriented, strong execution and self-management capabilities;
  • Acceptance of remote work mode.
