Our Expectations

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to ask questions when needed
• Experience in analyzing tasks and creating work plans
• Proven ability to work in distributed teams
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Google Docs
• Skills in creating presentations and writing professional texts
• Ability to write compelling texts in English
• Experience in developing training courses
• Basic video editing and content creation skills
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT)
• Language Proficiency: English at a B2 level, fluent in Russian
• Desire to develop in the HR field.
• Strong multitasking, punctuality, responsibility, and stress resistance
• Time zone: GMT+3 to GMT+6
  
  

Responsibilities

• Organizing and overseeing the onboarding process for new employees
• Conducting offboarding procedures and collecting feedback
• Conducting employee training sessions.
• Preparing surveys, presentations, and employee manuals
• Organizing meetings, calls, and preparing announcements or newsletters
• Developing training materials and improving existing HR processes
• Maintaining reports and supporting internal documentation
