Senior Product Owner – Future Technical Services (FTS)

The Senior Product Owner will be responsible for driving the strategic and operational development of Fleet Management, one of the core products within the Future Technical Services (FTS) organization. In addition, the role supports Product Management across the wider FTS portfolio, including Fleet Management, Technician App, Clinic Predictive Maintenance, Water Treatment to HD, and future digital service and connectivity solutions.

The position combines Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering, Architecture Alignment, Stakeholder Management, and Product Management Support, acting as a key interface between Business Stakeholders, Product Management, Architects, Development Teams, External Partners, and Program Leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Fleet Management

• Drive the strategic and operational development of Fleet Management
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap, features, and backlog
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into product solutions
• Model and optimize business and service processes
• Create and maintain requirements, specifications, and solution concepts
• Coordinate architecture, integration, and interface activities
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and decision-making sessions
• Present the product to management and key stakeholders
• Manage risks, dependencies, and critical decisions
• Support PI Planning, Release Planning, and delivery activities
• Ensure compliance, documentation, and quality standards

FTS Portfolio Support

• Support Product Management across the broader FTS portfolio
• Coordinate cross-product initiatives and dependencies
• Support strategic initiatives and organizational improvements
• Prepare management presentations, steering committee materials, and budget proposals
• Support resource and capacity planning
• Coordinate external suppliers and implementation partners
• Drive topics beyond clearly defined responsibilities where required
• Foster collaboration across products, teams, and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a Senior Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business, management, and technical organizations
• Proven experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, and process modelling
• Experience facilitating complex workshops and decision-making processes
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive complex initiatives
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Experience working in agile product delivery organizations
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities
• Good understanding of modern cloud, platform, and integration architectures

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Cloud, IoT, Edge Computing, or Connected Device ecosystems
• Experience with Azure DevOps, SAFe, or similar agile frameworks
• Experience managing external suppliers and implementation partners
• Understanding of Security, IAM, and Compliance
• Experience in MedTech, Healthcare, or other regulated industries
• Experience with System Integration and System-of-Systems architectures
