We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with a proven track record of designing, implementing, configuring and maintaining large-scale, highly available CI/CD platforms. The primary mission will be to architect the next generation of our Jenkins service, with a specific focus on scaling the Jenkins controller to support our growing organization. This role is critical to ensuring that CI/CD pipelines are resilient and can support our growing development needs.

Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of a highly available and scalable Jenkins controller infrastructure
- Audit the customer's current Jenkins environment to identify areas for improvement
- Evaluation of commercial solutions such as CloudBees CI versus custom-built architectures to determine the optimal path forward
- Design and implementation of a solution to make the Jenkins environment exceptionally robust, scalable and efficient
- Drive the implementation, configuration and migration to the new Jenkins architecture with minimal disruption
- Ensure CI/CD pipelines are resilient and able to support growing development needs
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with a strong focus on Jenkins architecture and administration in large-scale environments
- Expertise in designing and scaling Jenkins controllers for high availability and performance
- Proficiency in designing, implementing, configuring and maintaining large-scale, highly available CI/CD platforms
- Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2+)
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its core services such as GKE, GCE and Cloud Storage
- Knowledge of enterprise Jenkins solutions like CloudBees CI
- Background in other CI/CD tools and ecosystems

Salary range €4.5K-€6.3K gross, based on your experience and interview results.
