General Qualifications:


  • Graduated from relevant departments of universities (Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics etc.), preferably with a master's degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR reporting and HR KPI processes
  • Preferably experienced in reporting and analysis using Power BI or similar business intelligence (BI) tools
  • Strong written and verbal command of English
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Strong analytical thinking skills, detail‑oriented, and able to derive analytical outcomes from reporting outputs


Job Description:


  • Collecting Human Resources data from all business units and preparing, sharing, and/or entering into relevant systems the monthly, annual, and periodic reports requested by internal stakeholders, the Holding, and external partners.
  • Analyzing HR metrics such as headcount, recruitment, termination, training, and absenteeism, and generating related reports.
  • Preparing HR analyses and management reports requested by senior management.
  • Designing global reporting standards, methodologies, and calculation rules for HR data sets together with the manager and ensuring the alignment of domestic and international teams with these standards.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of HR data to be reported.
  • Reviewing the compliance of HR data received from domestic and international teams with global reporting standards and coordinating data flow processes.
  • Analyzing country-based HR reporting needs and preparing comparative and insight‑driven analyses for senior management by considering different legal and operational requirements.
  • Conducting comparative analyses of country-based HR data and presenting trend, risk and forecast‑oriented insights to senior management.
  • Developing control mechanisms and improvement actions aimed at increasing data quality within HR reporting processes.
