Role

As a Finance AI Specialist at Grasp, you'll bridge the world of finance and AI - helping shape our product while working directly with customers to drive adoption and success. You'll collaborate closely with our product and commercial teams to ensure our platform meets the precision and rigor required in high-stakes financial workflows.

You'll be hands-on - speaking directly to customers while also testing new features, labeling data, building evaluation datasets, and defining what great looks like when AI takes on complex deal-related tasks.

The role is based in Stockholm, Sweden. We use an in-person work model.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Be the financial domain expert in product, engineering, and customer conversations - ensuring our AI reflects real-world financial reasoning.
• Testing AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, and domain soundness across use cases such as company analysis, valuation, and deal commentary.
• Run customer calls to drive adoption and usage - leveraging your domain-specific finance expertise and deep platform knowledge.
• Define and test the standards our AI generated output should meet across different financial use cases.
  
  

Skills and requirements

• Experience in investment banking, management consulting, or private equity, ideally with exposure to M&A or commercial due diligence.
• Deep fluency in finance and business fundamentals - company analysis, market sizing, and strategic reasoning.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate analytical work as if it were a live client deliverable.
• Curiosity and comfort working with AI-driven tools - experience testing, evaluating, or fine-tuning outputs.
• Sharp communicator who can write crisp, precise feedback and hold credible conversations with senior finance professionals.
• Collaborative by nature - you'll work daily across functions and directly with customers.

• Experience in or strong curiosity about startups or product-driven environments.
• Understanding of generative AI, LLM prompting, or evaluation methodologies.
• Strong PowerPoint/Excel skills and basic familiarity with Python or SQL.
