Position Overview

As the Talent Acquisition and HR Specialist, you will support the growth of Celsius Holdings International Markets by delivering high-quality recruitment, candidate experience, and generalist HR support across assigned markets or functions. You will partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand workforce needs, manage end-to-end hiring activity, build talent pipelines, maintain compliant recruitment processes, support onboarding, and contribute to HR initiatives that strengthen employee experience and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities


Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand current and future headcount needs, role requirements, and resourcing plans.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment activity, including job intake, advertising, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback, offer support, and candidate communications.
  • Work with managers to create clear job descriptions, person specifications, interview guides, and selection criteria that reflect business needs and Celsius values.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for priority functions, recurring roles, and future growth needs.
  • Advise and coach hiring managers on fair, consistent, and effective selection methods.


Recruitment Operations and Candidate Experience

  • Ensure candidates are progressed by hiring teams in a timely and professional manner, creating a positive and engaging candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, ATS data, offer documentation, and interview feedback in line with internal processes and local requirements.
  • Prepare and coordinate offer letters, contracts, onboarding requirements, and pre-employment checks in partnership with HR colleagues and relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor recruitment service levels, supplier performance, and process efficiency, escalating issues and recommending improvements where needed.
  • Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and KPIs, providing hiring managers and HR leaders with timely updates and insight.


HR Advisory and Employee Support

  • Provide first-line HR support to managers and employees on policies, processes, employee lifecycle activity, and general HR queries.
  • Support onboarding, probation, performance management, role changes, internal moves, and employee documentation with accuracy and care.
  • Coach managers on practical people matters, ensuring consistent application of company policies and expected behaviours.
  • Support informal and formal employee relations activity as appropriate, balancing business needs with policy, fairness, and employment legislation.
  • Help maintain accurate employee records, HR data, and process documentation.


Process Improvement, Projects, and Compliance

  • Challenge existing ways of working and identify opportunities to improve recruitment and HR service delivery, efficiency, and consistency.
  • Support the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of recruitment policies, process toolkits, interview materials, and manager guidance.
  • Engage internally and externally to understand market trends, talent availability, best practices, and opportunities to strengthen Celsius hiring capability.
  • Contribute to HR projects, learning initiatives, engagement activity, and wider people team priorities as needed.
  • Promote inclusive hiring practices, compliance, confidentiality, and positive employee experience across all work.


Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, HR operations, or a generalist HR role, ideally in a fast-paced consumer goods, retail, hospitality, agency, or high-growth environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment, selection methods, candidate management, and hiring manager partnership.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to coach, influence, and support managers through recruitment and HR processes.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple roles, projects, and deadlines at once.
  • Comfortable working with HR systems, applicant tracking systems, reporting dashboards, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation, recruitment compliance, and HR best practices relevant to the assigned market is preferred.
  • CIPD or equivalent HR qualification is a plus.
