For a Associate UX Designer we are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and user-obsessed UI/UX Designer to join our growing product team. You’ll help us shape intuitive digital experiences by contributing to the design of user-centric software, platforms, and tools. If you enjoy solving real problems through thoughtful design and want to make a measurable impact from Day 1—this is for you.

You’ll work closely with senior designers, developers, and product stakeholders to craft user interfaces that are functional, beautiful, and seamless.

What You’ll Do

• Understand product goals, user psychology, and pain points Translate ideas into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes Collaborate with senior team members to conduct usability tests, gather user feedback, and iterate fast Assist in defining user journeys and persona-driven workflows Explore creative ways to improve usability, accessibility, and information architecture.
• Support visual design efforts and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
• Communicate ideas clearly—whether it’s a rough sketch or a polished prototype.
  
  

Your Qualifications

Technical

• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work, case studies, or passion projects.
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Adobe, or similar.
• Good understanding of UX fundamentals, design thinking, and user-centered design principles.
• Basic knowledge of responsive web and mobile-first design.
• Ability to receive feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
• A curious mind, strong attention to detail, and a passion for building delightful user experiences.
• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in design or field is must. (Prefer B.Des/M.Des)
