Senior product ownership across the portfolio - defining strategy and driving execution across stablecoin payment gateways, agentic workflows, regional coverage and enterprise blockchain.

WHO WE ARE

MAI Labs is a Web3-native incubator. Our work sits inside the portfolio companies - STOEX (tokenised real-world asset marketplace, institutional buyers) and Kalp DLT (permissioned enterprise blockchain) and focus of this role is on Tresori (Non-custodial wallet layer with MPC security and multichain abstraction). Each portfolio company runs as an independent product with its own roadmap and go-to-market.

ROLE

You are the senior product voice for the wallet, stablecoin payments, and enterprise blockchain surface - owning strategy, roadmap, and execution across Tresori, and CorpCash. You will define what gets built, sequence it against real enterprise, developer, and regional demand, and hold the discipline that turns roadmap into shipped infrastructure. The role demands deep Web3 domain depth, sharp analytical instincts, and a builder track record at scale. Capital-disciplined by design: ruthless prioritisation, falsifiable bets, no scope theatre.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Product strategy & roadmap. Own end-to-end vision, roadmap, and delivery across Tresori (non-custodial wallet, MPC custody, multi-chain abstraction), with Kalp DLT as infra layer (enterprise blockchain).
• Stablecoin payments & treasury product. Define product against real enterprise payment and treasury workflows with gateway integration, stablecoin rails, on/off-ramp partner sets, settlement timing, reconciliation, controls, and audit posture. Sequence regional coverage.
• Wallet, custody & blockchain depth. Own the Tresori product surfaces end-to-end - MPC key management, signing flows, multi-chain account abstraction, recovery models, developer-facing APIs, and chain-level capabilities. Hold security and UX as one product problem, not two.
• Architecture-grade product judgement. Own PRDs and partner deeply with engineering on system design, scalability, and protocol choices. Earn the right to call architecture-shaping product trade-offs - MPC vs multi-sig, on-chain vs off-chain settlement, chain abstraction depth, SDK surface.
• Data-led execution & product culture. Lead product decisions through analytics, experimentation, and user behaviour insights. Define success metrics per surface - wallet retention, transaction volume, treasury throughput, developer activation.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 10+ years in product management with proven end-to-end ownership and measurable business impact across infrastructure, platform, or financial products.
• Blockchain product depth. Real shipping experience in Web3 — wallets, custody, smart contracts, on-chain settlement, or enterprise chain deployment. Domain depth, not adjacent exposure.
• Payment gateway experience. Built or owned a payments product end-to-end with gateway integration, settlement, on/off-ramps, reconciliation, controls. Stablecoin rails preferred.
• Analytical and technical fluency. Strong data-led mindset with experimentation discipline. Technically fluent enough to debate distributed systems, key management, and architecture with engineering.
• Operator in ambiguity. Track record in lean, pre-revenue, fast-moving settings. Not a profile sharpened only inside well-funded scale operations.

Reports to the CTO, with matrix engagement across portfolio company leaders.
