DevOps Engineer

What You Will Do

• Maintain System Reliability: Support, troubleshoot, and optimize production environments to ensure maximum uptime.
• Own Client Relations: Drive technical bridges and lead resolution calls directly with stakeholders.
• Automate & Improve: Identify performance bottlenecks and build automation scripts to minimize manual intervention.
• Manage Incidents: Own L2 escalation workflows, ensuring strict adherence to critical SLAs.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 7+ years of proven track record in DevOps, cloud operations, or site reliability engineering.
• Shift Flexibility: Full willingness to work dedicated US shifts to support our global customer base.
• Work Model: Comfortable working from our Bangalore office 5 days a week (no hybrid/remote).
• Communication Mastery: Excellent verbal and written English skills with extensive experience handling US and Europe clients.
• Technical Toolkit:
• Containerization mastery (Docker, Kubernetes).
• CI/CD pipeline management (Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions).
• Deep expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Ansible).
• Scripting skills (Java, or Python, Bash, or Shell).
