We are looking for a proactive, structured, and result-oriented Middle Marketing Project Manager to join our team at newage.. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our data-driven MarTech solutions and tangible business results, acting as a trusted, transparent partner to our clients while ensuring flawless campaign execution through operational excellence.
Expectations
- Strategic Client Partnership: Act as a proactive lead for client success, managing expectations through clear debriefing, proposal defense, and results presentation to maximize client satisfaction (CSAT/NPS).
- Data-Driven Accountability: Take complete ownership of project outcomes, ensuring campaigns hit strategic KPIs by leveraging data from the Google Marketing Platform (GMP).
- Risk & Crisis Management: Proactively identify project risks, evaluate their potential impact, and build actionable mitigation plans before they affect timelines or performance.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Seamlessly navigate internal agency structures to balance team workloads, distribute tasks efficiently, and find immediate solutions to project roadblocks.

Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Project Management: Lead end-to-end coordination of digital marketing campaigns using Agile frameworks to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Client Communication & Governance: Run regular syncs, status calls, and presentations; capture client requirements and feedback to translate them into precise, technical assignments.
- Task Management & Resource Planning: Own task allocation within Jira, managing internal team workloads (briefing, mediaplanning, marketing campaign lifecycle, strategy, design) and setting clear, actionable requirements using accurate digital terminology.
- Client Experience (CX) Driver: Actively improve the client’s interaction history with the agency, turning passive client relationships into proactive partnerships through customized strategic recommendations.
- Reporting & Financial Control: Formulate accurate status reports and financial documentation for clients alongside weekly and monthly project performance reports for both clients and agency leadership.
- Talent Mentorship: Provide actionable feedback and guidance to junior team members, helping them develop their professional skills, project governance, and corporate ethics.
- Problem Solving & Optimization: Analyze bottlenecks in campaign setups or internal workflows, identify root causes, and adjust processes dynamically to "make things happen."
Requirements
- Professional Experience: 2+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager
- Language Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate English (B2 or higher) with strong written and verbal skills for business correspondence, running international client calls, and parsing industry literature.
- MarTech & Data Literacy:
- Advanced Tools Proficiency: Expert user of Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis, along with advanced proficiency in Jira/Confluence stack or similar
- Methodological Frameworks: Strong practical knowledge of modern project management methodologies, specifically Agile (Kanban, Scrum)
- Communication & Presentation Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate concisely and structurally, adapt styles to various stakeholders, and lead complex client negotiations or conflict resolution independently.
- Core Personal Attributes: High level of self-management, meticulous attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and an innovation-driven mindset focused on efficiency and result delivery.
