Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Building digital solutions with a holistic digital marketing perspective including web & mobile applications, e-commerce, analytics, marketing automation and digital advertising.
• Managing digital projects starting with conducting business and technical requirements analysis, interpreting into project scope and deliver the scope by leading internal and vendor technology teams.
• Leading and collaborating with internal and vendor software, design, client success and support teams to prepare client proposals, build, test, deliver software, and manage overall life cycle of solutions.
• Tailoring state of the art customer journeys and create seamless digital experiences for our brands enabling them boost their digital marketing objectives.
• Scouting new technologies and products, and building new partnerships to gain technical capabilities which will allow us to build end-to-end integrated digital solutions generating, utilizing and extracting value from data.
• As the subject matter expert, providing technology and solutions guidance to client success teams and directly to the clients in this client facing role.
• Sustaining high-quality communication channels with clients, client success teams, internal technology teams and vendors during the overall project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Graduated from a 4-year quantitative discipline (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or similar).
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as solution manager, project manager, business analyst or technical account manager.
• Expertise in one or more of web & mobile applications development, digital marketing solutions, e-commerce solutions and data analytics.
• Strong project management skills, understanding client needs, defining project scopes and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and budget while satifying client needs.
• Experience in vendor and partner management, leading cross internal and vendor teams to deliver software solutions is highly appreciated.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills for sustaining client communications is key for success in this client facing role.
• Experience in budget management, P&L monitoring and co-working with finance teams is appreciated.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
