  • Analyse workforce needs and develop headcount plans to meet current and future talent requirements across the three business units
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with department heads to proactively identify and address people-related challenges
  • Analyse HR metrics and trends across the supported departments to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to enhance team effectiveness
  • Support performance management cycles including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end assessments for the supported business units
  • Lead and support change management initiatives that foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
  • Handle employee relations matters within the supported departments in a fair, consistent, and timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall HR strategy of the organisation

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, with at least 2 years supporting sales, customer service, or operations functions
  • Proven hands-on recruiting experience across Sales, BD, Customer Service, and Operations roles
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of driving HR initiatives aligned with business objectives
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to make informed HR decisions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple priorities and tight timelines
  • Prior experience in the digital assets, fintech, or crypto industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is preferred given the regional scope of the role
